Abominable 2006
Very underrated and underseen movie which is alot better than you would ever think. Rear Window meets Sasquatch. Genuinely suspenseful and scary at times. Gore level is high. Matt McCoy is very good as a wheelchair bound ex mountain climber and we get cameos from genre vets Dee Wallace, Jeffrey Combs and a very good Lance Henriksen. Paul Gleason has a cameo with a nice Breakfast Club nod. The practical creature effects are not great but they are fine. Sci Fy channels best movie that deserves a rediscovery. Seriously seek it out.

Supernatural films are not my favorite type of horror. Its actually my least favorite but this one has enough scares in its overlong running time to make it work. Consistent selfish decision making throughout the film make the main characters unsympathetic so by the time they try to remedy what they have caused i did not care but this is still recommended.
