  First time seeing this in 10+ years and also the first time I've seen it since having read the books. It's obviously not M Night Last Airbender bad because, I mean, what can be? Realistically it's just one of many generically bad late-2000's, early 2010's YA adaptations. With that being said, it's a tonal disaster and probably couldn't have been a much worse adaptation of this world and these characters if it tried.

  I laughed out loud at the AC/DC needle drop though.
