  I am speechless.
  The plot line really deviates from this film on, and I am not completely sure if it develops properly, but, as it has made my jaw drop in the end, as all the other versions of this series, I will rate it with 4 stars.

  As it mixes silly jokes and Misato drinking beer in the beginning, it also depicts the cosmic and grotesc horror of the true nature of the Evas, phenomenally, almost as well as the series.
  This is a rebuild.
