Ambiguity can be great in media, especially horror media.
Unfortunatly, like with films like The Snowman and Slenderman, there needs to be more than just ambiguity to make a film enjoyable, especially if there's some mystery element to the film. There needs to be some cohesiveness to what you're shown and the ending, and I feel that Longlegs misses the mark at this most fundamental point. Does it tie itself together at the end? I guess, though it's not particularly…

For the curious, there is some objectionable content in this 'film'; mostly actors legitimatly vomiting, but also a decent amount of gore (feel I have to mention that it's faked, as I said the previous stuff was real, but this attempting to be a horror film).

I've heard claims that this film is similar to other shock/grossout horrors such as Salo, and The Human Centipede.

If you consider people vomiting, an overabundance of pitch-shifted vocals, reversed video footage, shaking cameras,…
