Off the bat, I thought the visuals were very impressive (considering when the movie released, and the budget of the movie). It is yet another movie from this era that makes you think “what the actual fuck happened to VFX?”. Pretty good war movie, some other interesting themes as well. The movie provided a solid portrayal of how we 2024 keyboard lickin weenie boys would act getting assigned to a tank. Brad Pitt does a good job at being the coolest BAMF you’ve ever seen while also being a fuckin weirdo. All in all, it was pretty good and I liked it. VFX could have been better.
