Psycho 1960
It's a classic for a reason. I love all the little details they added about the characters (Marion intending to return the money and flushing the paper, Norman constantly eating candy and skipping around, etc.). I wish there were more backstory on Mrs. Bates, but I do think her characterization was interesting.
Could've used more chocolate syrup, though.
