Alien: Romulus 2024
If you can get through the first 30 minutes then this movie is a blast. An excellent mix of monster horror, action horror, and body horror. Some incredibly tense scenes that played out super well. Every death was great, and rarely did survival seem random or simply there to keep the plot moving. Excellent cinematography and audio.

The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim 2024
A wholly generic, bland, uninspired anime with a Lord of the Rings skin slapped on it. Lifeless and unlikeable two dimensional characters, boring and predictable story, incredibly boring protagonist and antagonist. Animation is bland and boring. And to cap it all off the ending wedding dress sequence is one of the dumbest most weeby anime things I've ever seen. Truly a terrible movie.

Lilo & Stitch 2002
Superb animation, colorful and funny cast, well paced and a good story. Very funny throughout. Lilo and Stitch are a great duo and have good chemistry.

Deadpool & Wolverine 2024
Some good laughs (the scout master joke really caught me off guard) and they really commit to the merc with a mouth bit - Deadpool never stops talking the whole movie, it's honestly impressive. I don't think this is a good movie, but it's an entertaining one.
