Beautiful Story, beautiful scenes. As a person who spent a significant time in Hong Kong, it perfectly captures the feel and essence of the city. Filled with witty lines and heart felt scenes, it completely deserves to be called one of the best films from the region.

Godzilla Minus One 2023
Actually surprisingly good film. If you took out Godzilla, it still is a beautiful story about family and explores post war Japan. With the main character being a kamikaze pilot who left his post it adds a layer of depth that is a welcomed surprise.
The VFX is absolutely amazing and it deserves to win that Oscar. It maintains the feel of the old 1953 Godzilla whilst incorporating a modern feel to it. It is good enough to allow you to suspend your disbelief and absorb into the movie properly whilst also allowing viewers to marvel at cool explosions.
