Plot is confusing. Most of the characters fall flat for how skilled the actors are. The only reason it isn’t one star is because the cinematography, visuals, set design, costume design and make up affects.

Barbie 2023
I love what this movie has done culturally. The set design and costumes were perfect.
The plot is what made me to give it 2 stars… after 35 minutes the plot went into four different directions and I did not feel that there was a wholeness to the film. It didn’t follow Barbie’s cannon. Many missed opportunities :/

A true thriller. I appreciated that they introduced key characters that were not shown in the trailer. It was theatrical. It had a few comical breaks if you want there to be. I’m always a sucker for a fictitious pop star in moves/tv.
Would have given 4 stars if they hadn’t improperly represented OCD.
