  The Company of Strangers 1990

  This movie is simple yet so incredibly impactful. The conversations between these women and the slashes of picture throughout their life just hits you in the gut everytime. I ended up crying for most of the film not because it was sad but because these are just women who still have so many hopes and dreams because they are still alive. They are still just young girls who dream even with all that film has thrown their way.
  It was truly an incredible film and I cannot recommend it enough.

  Pretty film and love the use of language and dialogue being that of the old tales
  And the mosquito scene was amazing and made me laugh.

  We really need more movies with older characters and cast! I found it very nice as it felt like a whole new perspective that needs more exploration in films. I also will say that the ending made me gasp and really had me tuned in. However, I will said that aside from these two things the film as a whole was rather slow and uninteresting to me.
