In the deepest part of the sea, there's a weird-looking fish. It feeds on children's dreams. When it has eaten 9999 of them, it will fly out of the sea on wings.
A light-hearted film with some beautiful shots, heartwarming moments, and some stupid yet funny scenes. This gives me a feeling of nostalgia for a place I've never been to or an experience I've never had.
