This movie isn’t for everyone. Including me. Maybe it was because I just finished a 12 hour shift and I was sitting in the most uncomfortable movie theatre seats ever made (The Hollywood Avondale) but I just found it a bit hard to watch. I didn’t find the story very compelling and I didn’t really like any of the characters or feel the connection between them. Then it got… like… pretty weird. And i’m thinking where the hell is this…

Bird Box Barcelona 2023
I was really looking forward to this but it was really disappointing. Felt more like a fan film than an actual sequel/spinoff. I tried to convince myself it was going somewhere, and there were a couple of clever ideas especially surrounding religion but it’s quite messy and confusing. I’m not entirely sure what the point of it all was and I feel like the filmmakers don’t know either. This is just overall a very rushed and predictable film. Don’t waste your time!
