  I loved the pacing of this, and the time it gives to each beat. Sometimes I’d find myself with tears streaming down my face and I wasn’t sure when I’d even started to cry. Watching this was a visceral experience and I really did want to openly weep at times.

  Some wonderful humor that I wasn’t expecting and, for its time, an interesting exploration of Native American/white relations in the US. I did find the narrative a bit weak at times though. For me, the real highlights were how beautifully it was shot and how great the score was.

  Really did make my heart just ache at times. The messiness and unpredictability of love is part of its beauty. I do think the second half could’ve been better developed to support these themes though.
