  Have you met your black swan? Or is it okay that most of us have a black swan but pretend as if we don’t?

  I loved it because it was pretty obvious that Nina was an INFJ from the beginning.

  Blue Velvet 1986

  It was harder to watch than Lost Highway since this time the story was even more uncanny, making it difficult for me to relate to. Also, the Lacanian elements were much more obvious or I started to get used to his language.

  As for David’s passing, I’m sure he would have wanted us to discuss his films rather than focus on his death. I didn’t like that either because I came here hoping to read some analysis about Blue Velvet, but I couldn’t find any.
