  Pretentious horseshit. Dull, boring, melodramatic. "Overact as much as you can" must have been the director's instruction to the cast. The ridiculous scenes of people conversing deeply but facing opposite directions was reminiscent of some mediocre film student's attempt to imitate 1960s art films. This feels like a movie written by a 11 year old goth kid who doesn't understand love or relationships but writes a story about it anyways.

  Good job, non-Japanese cinephiles. You have taken what is essentially Japan's equivalent of "Plan 9 From Outer Space" and deemed it a work of genius, and in the process revealed that you yourself are an idiot.
