Maid 2021
At the end of Maid, my heart sunk. Margaret Qualley’s performance is so raw and honest that I felt every emotion she went through as if it were my own. There were moments when I wished she would express more drama, since she stayed so composed even in the darkest times.
What stood out to me most was the relationship between Qualley and her mother, Paula, played by Andie MacDowell. It’s the best portrayal I’ve seen of the mother-daughter dynamic…

Don't Worry Darling 2022
The scenes are visually appealing and I love the theme of symmetry throughout the film. Also, the plot line is engaging - it’s interesting to see how Olivia Wilde, a female director, would portray a world where females are empowered by their male counterparts. However, in my opinion, some parts were slightly predictable towards the end.
