I owe a lot to Mike Judge. I tell people that King of the Hill healed my relationship with my sister, and what I mean by that is only AFTER watching it with her did she tell me she loved me for the first time.
However, I’m not sure this would have the same effect.
Similarly to Molly, I was valedictorian and my childhood best friend was salutatorian. We would also roam the hallways thinking we were better than everyone else. We eventually made it to a party, but because we lived in the country it was in the middle of a pasture (beware of piles of manure)
