Did it basically have the same plot as the first movie- yes
Did i still enjoy it - yep.Fun movie, didn't really seem to add anything besides that there was other gods in the world. Also love the inclusiveness of melanesians and Micronesia at the end.

A big lesson of "you have absolutely everything and still not be happy. The way Fredirek despite having everything, wanted more and more. Nothing ever seemed to satisfied him.Then Ludvig, who grew up with nothing worked his ass off to become captain then to farm those fucking potatoes, realizing that he really had everything when he had his family.
Anyways the director really popped off with this one will be looking at their other films.

Anyways Richard is a brilliant narrator and can truly carry and conduct his story in a manner that makes thw audience understand.
He successfully describes the complexity of abuse and a male story is definelty needed. While this story starts with one a stalker, I think it goes to show how untreated trauma still impact your decisions and life years after.
