If I'm being completely honest..the first half of the movie to me, feels weak, it doesn't feel like it has much substance and I couldn't connect with the characters
But then the second half comes around and man... this is what makes the movie incredible, the heart of the movie is here and truly where everyone shines, especially Mikey with her performance.

I know this was shot three years ago but man...the social commentary to the current state of our country makes this all the better too. I'm obsessed with the roles Mark Ruffalo has picked post Marvel because I feel like he's having so much fun and overall showing his range.
*Robert Pattinson is truly one of our greats. The way he's able to change himself for his roles it's so cool
*I love that at the core it's a story about how we care and love someone through their different phases of life
I believe this is an excellent film tbh!
I liked how the film focused on the intense power struggles, personal motives, and moral dilemmas of the papal conclave. Everything is so secretive and I felt like I got a glimpse of how that world works
I can definitely see a best actor nomination for Ralph Fiennes and best supporting nom for Stanley Tucci. Their performances were strong
Also that ending…. Shook…wasn’t expecting it
