okay but in all seriousness, context is everything. no wonder this movie made waves in 2012. it’s like a euphoria episode with training wheels. except I found the explicit dialogue very unnatural. I’d liken it to “women written by men” ??? either way, such a fun ride and such scandal for its time !!
