Lost what it was trying to say and a couple of shots felt a bit much of a film student work but still pulled it off with humor. Also very eastern bloc type of scripting which almost felt like a pseudo anderson movie

Millennium Actress 2001
Miyazaki Hayao version of Satoshi Kon. I loved the kind of naivete that only filmmakers can have in this movie. It is torturous to be in that curse to always be inflamed by the eternal longing, but it makes you who you are, etc… and maybe even a war criminal can fetch something out of what you created and apologize for his crimes… sure, a little naive but I always believe it’s better to be a romantic than a skeptic :)
