  The Brutalist is a monumental epic, showcasing the resounding highs and the lowest of lows that follow the American dream and the fragility of it all; a modern classic that follows a Hungarian architect trying to rebuild his life in Philadelphia after surviving the Holocaust.

  While a majority of the movie takes place surrounding about 10 years of László Tóth’s adulthood, I feel like I lived a lifetime with him. He’s the protagonist we root for and the antagonist…
