  I want to start by saying this is a well made film and the acting was phenomenal. Me being someone who loved Adrien Brody’s work in The Pianist and King Kong, I still felt Brody did an amazing job acting and can see why he won the Oscar. However, this film is quite long, and with it being that long, it failed to keep my full attention or not have any dead spots. As well I noticed an editing mistake…

  I mean it was okay. Had its laughs and I thought the story line started off great but it just kind fell off. I just can’t figure out why or even how Adrien Brody said yes to play the character he played in this film. Or why he was even in this film to begin with. This was after he did King Kong and The Pianist.

  This is a film I watch at least once year now. It's a long one but it is worth it all the way through. Peter Jackson did an amazing job with this story and film. I hate how warner bros destroyed the story and character of king kong, making him some unrealistic CGI bullshit. I love this film so much because even though it was made in 2005, it still seems so realistic. Peter Jackson did just a fantastic job with it. Classic
