  I heard this movie was getting really bad reviews and honestly I don’t know why. I thought that it was mostly a fun watch, I really liked the over-the-top style with the script and the acting. Subtly larger than life is always my favorite type of writing style. Also this was not a musical so idk why it’s being called that.   Ngl… I just this movie had leaned more into the comedy. There were definitely times that I was genuinely laughing, but most of my laughs were at the movie and not with it. The dialogue was insanely cringey but it was always walking the line of “is this being cringey on purpose?” That being said, I did enjoy the cinematography, editing, and even the score was pretty good. And I really like all the actors in the cast, I could tell they were doing their best with that script

  This movie was WILD‼️ The first time I saw it, I was too busy trying to pick my jaw up off the floor. But the second time I was able to actually appreciate it for what it was, even if it’s not really my type of movie. Nicole Kidman and Antonio Banderas were my favorite performances. I hated the lil dweeb guy that was doing this to her but ngl his acting was clearly very good to get that reaction from me. Anywho this was a really fun and surprisingly layered movie to see with friends
