Lost Highway 1997
3 Lynch films in, and I’ve hit the sweet spot. The world of David Lynch is palpable, you just know it’s his hand behind the camera. The camerawork, banging soundtrack, and inventive dreamy atmosphere in this movie is simply amazing and won me over immediately.
This was a perfect watch after Mulholland Drive because in a sense, it feels like a sequel. Both movies are very dreamlike and feel like winding rabbit holes you could dive deep down into forever.…
