Another great film that through excess makes the quality extremely hallucinatory and dreamlike in a good way. But I'm a Cheerleader 1999
The whole concept of this film almost feels like something out of a John Waters’ movie, minus the filth. This sort of visual style usually don’t really sit well with me but it worked perfectly with the film, and at first it felt weird in the ending when the tone and style sort of disappeared but I think it actually makes a lot of sense now.
