Omg I forgot to review this so it's a few days old review.
But I thought it was pretty cute. I enjoyed the lack of stereotypes in this like Cory who came from a worse off background wasn't like a one dimensional bully or was unintelligent. Like he was genuine and cared about his friends. Also the kid with glasses wasn't a nerd or like socially awkward. It was refreshing.
I know it was made in the 80s but it…
Like really?
I think this film had a lot of potential but just felt like the film took itself too seriously.
Why did like all the main characters die so quickly?? Like surely they would want to audience to care about characters until they kill them all off
The robots were silly. Like stupid silly.
Didn't finish bc the first half felt long enough
I really don't get the chokehold this film has on the nation.
Like it's FULL of problematic storylines. Half of the romances are completely inappropriate. There's a bunch of fat shaming on a character that isn't even big. There's nothing Christmasy about the film at all.
I just don't get it.
The only good thing about this film is the cast.
It was weird seeing Ant and Dec really young though

Loved loved loved.
Ice hockey still remains one of the coolest sports and I wish I could do that.
I still don't understand the term stream of consciousness despite it being explained to me several times.
They've put Riley through the ringer, in the first film she moved away from her hometown and now in this film she has to go to a school without her besties, so sad. Really feel for her, I'd have a breakdown too.
Also Riley's obsession with Val is a bit 💅
Embarrassment was my fave character.
