Phenomenon 1996
The concept is really cool, and not going to lie, it’s pretty good. Overall it’s just an interesting film with an interesting cast.

Sherlock Jr. 1924
A perfect silent film. The playful manner of the music fitting with Buster Keaton’s style of this clumsy-average Joe made this movie so enjoyable.
It felt good to laugh at something like this, too. Just a reminder of what film used to be and how far it’s come from its original black and white, silent, and downright hilarious origins.
Also, the stunts in this movie are PEAK. Considering Keaton didn’t use stunt doubles, Tom Cruise is rolling in his Scientology chair at the marvel of Buster Keaton.

Nosferatu 2024
Well honestly not what I was expecting, but I wasn’t expecting much going into it either.
From the 1922 Nosferatu, definitely a dramatic step in the right direction for screenplay, cinematography, and acting. The overall graphic nature of the film puts the movie where it is supposed to be with the theme and story.
There were definitely some parts I was kind of shocked to see where it was just straight up vile or unusual, but the film is excellent…

"Happy Birthday to you! Happy Birthday to you! Happy Birthday dear Jesus, Happy Birthday to you!"
Kubrick wailed on this movie and it'll remain Top 5 from now on.
I think the idea of "the duality of man", as everybody else writing a real review about FMJ would say, is the main idea for the story.
