as a portuguese girl from ct this movie simultaneously pmo and makes me feel seen. like someone get an accent coach on set omg!!, fake portuguese oppression is kinda crazy (alternatively how racist are the wasps in this??), and KEEP that old man away from that child wtf (the plot with Kat and the dad she babysits for is SO WEIRD). but also the music and hyper religious households are so real. just missing a painting of mary at fatima lmao
