I think this is genuinely the best movie of all time. This film is the embodiment of my childhood. I’m not entirely sure when the last time I watched it was, but tears started coming to my eyes pretty soon after the music started, towards the beginning. Everything about the movie reminds me of my childhood.

That wood-through-the-eye kill hurt me physically, emotionally, and mentally. So gross.
I do think this is my favorite Fulci movie by far, of course I’ve only seen 2 others. I’m not typically a zombie fan at all but I found this very enjoyable. I think the 70’s aesthetic really does it for me.
I am really curious about the story behind filming the shark vs zombie scene. It’s definitely one of the standouts of the film.

Now Summer did day like twice that she didn’t want something serious. It’s hard to feel bad for Tom when he was basically just banking on that changing. Maybe that makes me the enemy, but 🤷♂️🪦 Her getting married a year later is crazy work though.

Saw became my favorite horror franchise after I watched them all for the first time earlier this year. I’ve been waiting for this one for months and it did not disappoint.
