i think i had other expectations for this movie, lowk gave fanfiction
cinematography was beautiful, shots etc, even the way the camera always followed her was symbolic for the way she was always being watched
but i was a lil disturbed by how raw and overexposed her illnesses were potrayed, and how much they focused on it. the film didnt really get to show other facets of who she was.
the pressures n dynamics of the royal family was missing for me as well, which is an essential part in her suffering. i also felt her “redemption arc” was pretty shallow in comparisonTranslated from by -
