Kill Bill: Vol. 1 2003
This Is and forever will be a masterpiece. I fear this level of iconic is hard to be topped with such strong female leads. Uma Thurman and Lucy Liu could do this film as a duologue and it would still be gritty and riveting . The storyline is so ensnaring and the actors deliver it meticulously with a rawness and wit that’s so enjoyable to watch and I love how the film isn’t fully linear.

Time Cut 2024
It was a bit meh…. Acting was okay but the 2000’s theme felt so forced and unbelievable. There was no difference with setting even though the scenes have a 20 year difference between them. Plot was also so predictable it was irritating, there were cringe moments and it’s so obvious who the killer is within the first 15 minutes.

The Wild Robot 2024
This film brought me to tears. Lupita did an amazing job in this, I could really feel the emotions growing within the character as brightbill grew. Dreamworks eats every single time.
Ps. I’m convinced this film is not for kids but really for young adults who grew up with inside out.
