    i keep thinking about how Ani would have brief moments of contact with other workers -- cleaners, hotel employees -- and you could tell that she felt more aligned with them than she ever could with these reckless billionaires, even after she married one. how she found herself being so callously used and discarded by the mega wealthy, who never once cared to think about how the actions of a childish boy would ruin her life.
