Maybe a bit to hypnotizing and artsy for myself, but I think that’s the intention. It’s to show the anxiety and creative turmoil associated with goals and life. Beautiful illustrations and creative visuals break what could’ve been a repetitive story about someone succumbing to stress, only to relax and vice versa. Instead, it’s a visually striking excise in stress, that in only 5 minutes quite literally throws the message to you over and over again.
