Fargo 1996
A film with such violent themes should initially be hard to watch but weirdly this film slipped by like a knife going through butter. I remember each scene like a vivid memory yet it felt lacking in my own personal taste, maybe due to the dated nature of the film or my own misunderstanding of certain themes. Overall, a good film but I wouldn't watch again.

Bodies Bodies Bodies 2022
Overall I enjoyed the film - a bloody thriller who don it with a sense of humour that allows a younger audience in with well written scenes and dialogue. Amandla really shone in her protrayal of Sophie.

Do Revenge 2022
Very fun and refreshing twist on the "chick flick" trope with an added bonus of a semi-new plot that allows female friendship to take centre stage where a crudely made up het romance would have previously stolen the limelight back in 2010sland. I appreciated the lack of "lesson learned" shtick within the general themes of the film - it takes "do revenge" literally and I enjoy a movie that sticks to their guns.
