A thoroughly uninteresting watch. It manages to bombard you with so much horrid cgi that you end up numb to whatever supposedly grandiose things they are showing you. Which they show you badly I might add. The script is just appalling, with some utterly dire acting that makes me laugh more than anything. The plot is scattered all over the place, and reduces what could have been a somewhat interesting film to a borderline incoherent mess, at least for me.…

Trainspotting 1996
A stylish yet undeniably harrowing account of the lives of four heroin addicts. The visuals sway from gorgeous and abrasive, to outright terrifying and sickening. It details all of the highs and lows of having an addiction to such a hard drug, and it never flinches from showing either side of the drug.

The Batman 2022
An above average comic film, much better than a lot of the output of recent DC, and whilst it had some thoroughly interesting shots and some well done scenes, it is ultimately bogged down in its own self seriousness and is in need of some trimming down when it comes to the runtime.
