The 400 Blows 1959
Les Quatre Cents Coups. One of the most honest and touching coming-of-age films in all of cinema. The protagonist reminds me so much of my pre-teen days — carefree, troublesome, misunderstood. This film somehow creates a sense of nostalgia in a time and place I never lived in. Merci, Monsieur Truffaut.
