When the main character said, "finna make like that cracka luke skywalker and put a hole in yo death stars" I felt such a flood of emotion as I witnessed such a beautiful metaphor for black empowerment. Don't make a biopic if you don't know the person. Theres no obvious meaning in covering superficial aspects of someones life, especially if it's done in a cliche way, without any indication of something beyond what we're told. Theres also no point in making a biopic if you could take out the celebrity plus references and be left with something generic. Theres nothing outright special about putting pants on.
