Bones and All 2022
This is a movie about two pretty cannibals and it was still boring. Stylistic shots and curated 80s songs were nice but I still left feeling gutted that a movie about cannibalism had no substance to it. I found this emotionally sanitized and I detest it for that. As for it being a love story, Russell and Chalamet are very endearing together, like two baby animals curling up together, but you never get the sense that these two characters really see each other aside from both being cannibals and not being sociopathic.
