I think this is the most beautiful love story I'ever seen on a screen.

It was interesting, because the film is depecting the parent side of a situation I used to be in. However, it wasn't heartbreaking as it should have been. The character portrayed by Hugh Jackman, the father, was irritating. The mother was too passive and transparent. Nicolas, the son, wasn't enough developed on screen for us to be really empathic with him.
