visually one of the most striking films i’ve seen. an amazing atmosphere. orange cobbled streets relentlessly pelted by rain lit by the most moody of lighting. enamoring.
there are so many insane shots in this film that left me in childlike wonder. the walk away from the fire, leading the citizens through the flood, absolute madness. paired with such a great soundtrack, the ambience was unparalleled.
