Sadly, it didn't work for me and left me kinda disappointed.
It felt like a wonky mix between Dark City and Blade Runner. A movie out of time that, sadly, doesn't really have much to say (or rather, doesn't want to dig deep). For most of its runtime, it meanders without a clear direction, leaving its intriguing ideas and world-building severely underdeveloped.
Overall it's fine, and it did have some interesting moments, but overall, it just felt like a stretched-out version of what could have been a really interesting short film.
