when i watched this as a kid, i just enjoyed the laughs and sleek animation, but as an adult? i can admire the wit and portrayal of the "nerdy good guy" as a villain way more now. seriously, a "villainous" contrasted with a "dorky" but initially well-intentioned good guy and how they take roxanne's rejection in a 2010 kid's movie. it's honestly fucking genius
