this was surprisingly really good for an illumination movie!! lots of really good references to the franchise. the personalities they created for these were super likeable, there was barely any cringe or intolerable scenes. unfortunately they could’ve maybe added a bit more and the story line was pretty basic. but I also feel like ppl need to cut the movie some slack because it was literally mean for kids LOL little people with short attention spans need short and fast…
