I Saw the TV Glow 2024
The music was good. Aside from that, they did a really good job at making a terrible movie. Pretentious is way too cool of a word to describe this horse shit.

Infuriating. Big budget. Big setup. Big cast. Aside from some good practical effects. Big disappointment. Some performances are terrible and don’t gel with the theme and/or other actors. I love a good underwater sci-fi, and the wasted opportunity was what stood out. I think I saw a guy get his chest slashed wide open then he was completely fine one scene later. This alien rip off embarrassed itself with a few odd music choices and some crappy dialogue and acting. Don’t let the first 20 mins fool you
