This movie has a strong storyline from a female perspective! I liked this film, and I appreciated the intent of the story. Although I do not have kids myself, I think this depiction of parenting may resonate with many viewers. My favorite choice was: it was clear the main character (Amy Adams) is a good, caring mother. Nevertheless, she is exhausted and resentful of modern motherhood.
