This movie was strange. I wanted to learn more about it so I looked up the meaning and it is an allegory for the lengths parents will go to control their kids. If I showed this movie to my parents, they would be concerned. I think when you reflect on the movie, the meaning is clear. These sheltered kids don’t know any of the truths about life, so they come up with their own interpretations, no matter how strange. No one is telling them if they are right.
