Life is messy, and I think this movie captures it in a beautiful way. My personal conclusion and take from it is how an emotional young boy going through adolescence would experience the loss of his mother. Of course it's not perfectly paced. Some of it may even feel rushed for some people - but considering the 2 hour runtime I didn't feel an ounce of rush in the movie, what I did feel however is the journey and emotions…
