the in between, not there. this longing to go, not being able to, but constantly being reminded of the act of going. is stefan stuck or is he just here? he is trying to find his place but does he belong in the here or does he belong somewhere else? it is a state of wandering, of wondering, where, if anywhere, could he belong? in the community, in nature, in friendship, in love. there is so much beauty in this film but now i know it should be watched in summer, before a thunderstorm breaks the silence.
