  Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl 2024

  As usual with the franchise, some great claymation and sound design, meticulously crafted to build out the world. It felt nice watching this, there was a hint of nostalgia having grown up watching the 2005 film a thousand times over. The tone is unique, in the sense of how calm it is; both in the voice acting and the pacing. I don't remember if the 2005 film was like that too, but likely. It's nice.

  Felt more like a creative way to show concept art. Far better than the The Mummy (2017) though; the film it is a prequel to. It is not a high bar, to be fair.

  A truly exquisite sci-fi classic, with the man v man trope in terms of shipmates turning on one another amidst the entry of Aliens. The filmmaking is remarkable in the shot compositions, cinematography, sound design, and coloring. Sigourney Weaver is incredible as Ellen Ripley, as are the others as well.
